Refund policy

Please contact us at candleswithflava247@gmail.com or (951) 258-9926 for a return approval # if product is damaged or being exchanged (NO EXEPTIONS).

 

No refunds. We will gladly exchange or replace any candle or accessory product in its original condition and original packaging within (21) days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You may exchange your candle and accessory products by:

  • Listing the item(s) you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged for shipping the replacement item when the exchange is processed (exchanges only). If the item is damaged or defective, the Merchant will pay for shipping cost to replace the  damaged or defective product(s).  Thank you!
