Refund policy

Please contact us at candleswithflava247@gmail.com or (951) 258-9926 for a return approval # if product is damaged or being exchanged (no exception).

 

No refunds. We will gladly exchange any candle product in its original condition within (21) days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You may exchange your candle product by:

  • Listing the item(s) you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:
